After a 23-year career in teaching and counseling, Lisa founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 following a deeply personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in how families are treated during medical transportation. Too often, family members felt anxious and unsupported when entrusting loved ones to transport services. Lisa's passion for working with senior citizens and individuals with special needs found its perfect expression in creating a transportation company built on dignity, safety, and genuine care. Since establishing AllCare in Flagler County, she has expanded services throughout Florida, always maintaining her foundational principle: treating every client's family like her own family.
