After dedicating 23 years to teaching and counseling, she made a pivotal career change following the care of her grandmother and father during their illnesses. This experience revealed a critical gap in the medical transportation industry—the need for services that truly prioritize dignity, safety, and family peace of mind. With a lifelong passion for working with senior citizens, Lisa co-founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 alongside her husband Tim.
