After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, Lisa discovered her true calling while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. She recognized a critical gap in the medical transportation industry—families needed a service they could trust completely. This realization led her to found AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, fulfilling her lifelong desire to serve senior citizens with dignity and compassion. Lisa's educational background in counseling uniquely equips her to understand the emotional and physical challenges families face when coordinating medical care and transportation. Together with her husband Tim, she has built AllCare's reputation in Alachua and Flagler counties on a simple principle: treat every client's family like your own family. Her hands-on approach ensures that every driver embodies the same values of respect, safety, and genuine care that inspired the company's founding.

His dedication to safety and reliability has shaped AllCare's rigorous driver training and certification programs, ensuring every team member meets DOT standards, passes comprehensive background checks, and maintains CPR/First Aid and PASS certifications.
