Lisa brings a unique blend of compassion and professional expertise to non-emergency medical transportation. After a 23-year career as a teacher and counselor, she transitioned to caregiving when her grandmother and father fell ill—an experience that revealed critical gaps in the medical transport industry. With a lifelong passion for serving senior citizens, Lisa co-founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 alongside her husband Tim. For over a decade, she has worked tirelessly across Alachua and Flagler counties to ensure every family receives the dignity, respect, and customer service they deserve. Lisa's leadership is rooted in a simple philosophy: treating your family like her own family, with the highest safety standards and genuine care every step of the way.
