The turning point came while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses—she witnessed firsthand the gaps in senior transportation services. Lisa realized that family members shouldn't have to worry about the safety and dignity of their loved ones during medical transport. With a lifelong passion for working with seniors, she partnered with her husband Tim in 2010 to create a transportation service built on compassion, respect, and the simple principle of treating every client's family like her own. Today, Lisa's counseling background informs her patient-centered approach, ensuring every journey prioritizes comfort and emotional well-being alongside physical safety.
