While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in the medical transportation industry—families shouldn't fear for their loved ones' safety and dignity during transport. This realization aligned with Lisa's lifelong desire to serve senior citizens, leading her to found AllCare Medical Transport in 2010.
