After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, Lisa discovered her true calling while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. She recognized a critical gap in the medical transportation industry—families deserved better. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, Lisa has channeled her lifelong desire to work with senior citizens into building a company that treats every client with the respect and dignity her own family members deserved. Her background in counseling brings empathy and understanding to every interaction, ensuring clients and their families feel heard, valued, and safe. Lisa's vision transformed a personal mission into a trusted service now serving communities throughout Flagler and Alachua counties, setting new standards for compassionate medical transport.

Since co-founding AllCare Medical Transport with his wife Lisa in 2010, Tim Hogan has dedicated himself to delivering the level of customer service every family deserves. His hands-on approach and commitment to operational excellence ensure that every vehicle meets the highest safety standards and every team member embodies the company's core value: treating your family like their family. Tim's attention to detail extends from vehicle maintenance and equipment readiness to staff training and quality assurance. Working alongside Lisa throughout Alachua and Flagler counties, Tim has helped build AllCare's reputation as a fast-response, service-oriented company that families can trust during their most vulnerable moments.
