After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, Lisa's life changed when she became a caregiver for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. She witnessed firsthand the anxiety families face when navigating medical transportation—the missed appointments, the impersonal service, the worry about loved ones' safety and dignity. Lisa recognized a fundamental gap in how seniors were being served. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, she has channeled her lifelong passion for working with seniors into building a company that treats every client with the respect and compassion their families deserve. Her counseling background informs the patient-centered approach that defines AllCare's culture across Flagler County and beyond.
