Lisa's journey to founding AllCare Medical Transport began in the classroom, where she spent 23 years as a teacher and counselor. However, it was her personal experience caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses that revealed a critical gap in the transportation industry: families deserved better. In 2010, Lisa channeled her lifelong passion for working with seniors into creating a transportation service built on the principles she wished had existed for her own family. For over 14 years, Lisa has personally overseen operations in Flagler and Alachua counties, ensuring that every client receives the respect, patience, and professional care that her own loved ones deserved. Her background in education and counseling informs her approach to training staff, developing safety protocols, and building lasting relationships with the families and facilities AllCare serves throughout Central Florida.
