While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in how families were treated during medical transport. Lisa's lifelong desire to serve senior citizens found its perfect expression in creating a transportation service where dignity, respect, and family-centered care aren't just promises—they're the foundation of every journey.
