After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, Lisa founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 following a deeply personal realization. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she witnessed firsthand the gaps in compassionate, reliable medical transportation. "Family members should not be afraid to travel with a company," Lisa explains, reflecting on what inspired her career change. Her lifelong desire to serve senior citizens found its calling in medical transport, where she could combine her counseling background with hands-on care. Since 2010, Lisa and her husband Tim have built a reputation throughout Alachua and Flagler counties—and now Orange County—for delivering the customer service every family deserves. Her approach is simple but powerful: treat every patient with the same respect and attention she gave her own loved ones.

Since launching the company with his wife Lisa in 2010, Tim has been instrumental in expanding operations from Alachua County into Flagler and Orange counties while maintaining the company's core commitment to personalized service.
