After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a career change rooted in personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in senior transportation—families were anxious about entrusting their loved ones to transport services. Lisa had always wanted to work with senior citizens, and medical transportation provided the perfect opportunity to combine her counseling background with elder care. Since founding AllCare in 2010, she has built a company culture centered on treating every client with the same dignity, respect, and compassion she would want for her own family. Lisa's vision transformed into a thriving business serving Florida's senior community, providing the reliable, caring transportation service she wished had existed when her own family needed it most.

Tim Hogan co-founded AllCare Medical Transport alongside his wife Lisa in 2010, bringing a shared vision of exceptional customer service to the medical transportation industry. Together, they have built a reputation across Alachua and Flagler counties for treating every client's family like their own. Tim's hands-on approach to operations ensures that the company's founding principles—safety, respect, and reliability—are reflected in every ride. His commitment to maintaining the highest standards means personally overseeing driver training, vehicle maintenance, and quality control. Tim understands that when families choose AllCare, they're entrusting their most precious relationships to the company's care. This responsibility drives his dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
