After dedicating 23 years to teaching and counseling, Lisa experienced a calling that would redefine her career. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she witnessed firsthand the gaps in senior medical transportation—families deserved better. With a lifelong passion for working with seniors, Lisa and her husband Tim founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010. Her background in counseling brings empathy and patience to every client interaction, while her personal experience as a family caregiver informs the company's core philosophy: treating every passenger's family like her own.
