After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa made a profound career change rooted in personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she witnessed firsthand the gaps in compassionate medical transportation—particularly for cancer patients facing the grueling journey of repeated treatments. That realization became her calling. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, Lisa has dedicated herself to serving senior citizens and vulnerable patients across Flagler and Alachua counties. Her background in counseling brings unique emotional intelligence to the business, ensuring every chemotherapy patient feels understood, respected, and supported throughout their treatment journey. Lisa's vision transformed a gap in care into a trusted service that families across Florida depend on during their most challenging times.

Tim Hogan co-founded AllCare Medical Transport alongside his wife Lisa in 2010, bringing operational excellence to their shared vision of compassionate medical transportation. Having witnessed the same gaps in care while supporting family members through illness, Tim committed to building a service that treats every patient's family like his own. His hands-on leadership has been instrumental in expanding AllCare's reach from Alachua County to Flagler County and beyond, while maintaining the highest safety and service standards. Tim personally oversees driver training, vehicle maintenance, and quality assurance—ensuring that every chemotherapy patient receives safe, reliable, and respectful transportation.
