After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a life-changing career shift that combined her passion for service with personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she identified a critical gap in the medical transportation industry—the absence of compassionate, family-centered care that treats passengers with true dignity.
