After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a profound career change driven by personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she witnessed significant gaps in medical transportation services—family members were often anxious about entrusting their loved ones to transport companies. This realization ignited her passion to create a service that families could rely on with complete confidence. Lisa had always felt called to work with senior citizens, and founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 provided the perfect opportunity to combine her counseling background with her desire to serve Florida's aging population.
