After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa made a career-defining change when she recognized a critical gap in medical transportation while caring for her grandmother and father. Her experience revealed that families deserved transportation services built on trust, dignity, and genuine care—not just logistics. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, Lisa has channeled her lifelong passion for serving senior citizens into creating a company culture where every patient is treated like family. Her background in education and counseling shapes AllCare's training programs and patient-first approach. Working alongside her husband Tim, Lisa has expanded services across Alachua and Flagler counties, building lasting relationships with healthcare facilities, families, and the provider network that makes AllCare's exceptional service possible.

Tim Hogan co-founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 with a clear mission: provide the kind of customer service that treats every family like your own family. Since launching operations in Alachua County and expanding into Flagler County, Tim has overseen the development of AllCare's safety protocols, fleet management, and provider network infrastructure. His commitment to operational excellence ensures that every vehicle meets the highest safety standards and that providers receive the support they need to deliver exceptional patient care. Tim's hands-on leadership style and dedication to building personal relationships with healthcare partners has established AllCare as a trusted name across Central Florida. Working in partnership with his wife Lisa, Tim has cultivated a company culture where compassion and professionalism aren't just values—they're the foundation of every transport.
Prospective providers must hold valid Florida medical transport licensing, maintain commercial and general liability insurance coverage, and possess a clean driving record. All providers must pass comprehensive DOT physical examinations, drug screening, and both national and local background checks. CPR/First Aid certification and PASS certification (for wheelchair and stretcher transport) are required. Your vehicle must meet Florida medical transport safety standards and pass our inspection process. We prioritize providers with compassionate patient care experience and availability for 24/7 scheduling.
