After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a career change driven by personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in the transportation world—families shouldn't feel anxious or uncertain when entrusting their loved ones to a transport service. Lisa had always wanted to work with senior citizens, and medical transportation provided the perfect opportunity. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 with her husband Tim, she has served Alachua and Flagler counties with a singular mission: providing the customer service that every family deserves. Her background in counseling brings empathy and understanding to every client interaction, ensuring that dignity and compassion are at the heart of every transport.
