Lisa's journey into medical transportation began with a deeply personal calling. After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, she transitioned her career to address a gap she discovered while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. Lisa recognized that families deserved transportation services built on trust, compassion, and genuine care—not just logistics. Her lifelong desire to work with senior citizens found its perfect expression when she founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010. Alongside her husband Tim, Lisa has spent over 14 years building relationships throughout Alachua and Flagler counties, ensuring every client receives the respect and personalized attention their family deserves. Her background in counseling uniquely positions her to understand the emotional and practical challenges families face when coordinating medical care for aging loved ones.
