After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, Lisa transitioned to medical transportation with a clear mission: to fill the gaps she witnessed while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. She saw firsthand how unreliable transport created anxiety for families during already stressful times. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, Lisa has channeled her lifelong passion for working with seniors into building a service that treats every client like family. Her background in education and counseling informs the patient-centered approach that defines AllCare's culture. Working alongside her husband Tim across Alachua and Flagler Counties, Lisa has established a reputation for exceptional customer service, safety-first operations, and genuine compassion. She personally oversees training to ensure every driver upholds the dignity and respect seniors deserve during their most vulnerable moments.

Tim oversees driver training, vehicle maintenance protocols, and logistics coordination across Florida's diverse service areas—from dense urban routes in Orlando to rural pickups in Putnam County. His dedication to safety is reflected in the company's rigorous hiring standards: every employee must pass DOT physicals, drug screenings, and comprehensive background checks before their first shift. The best vehicle depends on the patient's mobility level. For seniors who can walk with assistance, our ambulatory vans offer comfortable seating and driver support. Non-ambulatory patients who use wheelchairs require wheelchair-accessible vans with hydraulic lifts and secure tie-down systems—AllCare's fleet is PASS-certified for this service.
