After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a transformative change in her career. The turning point came while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses—she recognized a critical gap in the transportation industry. Family members shouldn't feel anxious about entrusting their loved ones to a transport company. Lisa had always felt drawn to working with senior citizens, and medical transportation provided the perfect opportunity to combine her counseling skills with her passion for elder care.
