After 23 years as a teacher and counselor, Lisa transitioned to medical transportation after caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. She recognized a gap in compassionate, reliable service for families navigating difficult health journeys. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010, Lisa has dedicated herself to serving senior citizens and individuals with special needs across Flagler and Alachua counties. Her background in counseling informs her patient-centered approach, ensuring every client feels respected, safe, and cared for. Lisa's vision is simple: treat every family like your own, and deliver the quality of service she wished her own loved ones had received.

With a focus on safety, reliability, and customer service, Tim has helped build the company's reputation across Flagler and Alachua counties. He oversees fleet operations, staff training, and compliance, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest safety standards and that every team member is background-checked, drug-tested, and CPR certified. Tim's hands-on leadership and genuine care for clients reflect the company's core value: treating your family like our family.
