Her career transformation came after caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, when she recognized a critical gap in the transportation industry: families deserved transport services that prioritized compassion alongside safety. With a lifelong passion for working with senior citizens, Lisa has channeled her counseling expertise into building a company where every client receives the respect, patience, and personalized attention that transforms a simple ride into a caring experience.
