After dedicating 23 years to teaching and counseling, Lisa discovered her true calling while caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses. She recognized a critical gap in medical transportation—a lack of compassion and reliability that families desperately needed. In 2010, Lisa and her husband Tim founded AllCare Medical Transport in Palm Coast to fill that void. Her lifelong passion for working with senior citizens now drives every aspect of the company's operations. Lisa personally ensures that each client receives the same level of care and respect she provided to her own family members. Under her leadership, AllCare has expanded from Alachua County to serve communities throughout Flagler County and beyond, building a reputation for treating every passenger like family.
