After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a career change that would allow her to serve seniors and families in a meaningful way. The decision came after caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, when she realized something was missing in the transportation world—genuine compassion and family-centered care. Lisa founded AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 with a mission to ensure families never feel afraid to trust a transportation company with their loved ones. Since then, she and her husband Tim have built a reputation across Alachua and Flagler counties for treating every client's family like their own, providing the customer service every family deserves with unwavering respect and dignity.
