After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a career change driven by personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in medical transportation—families deserved better. This revelation aligned with Lisa's longstanding desire to work with senior citizens, leading her to launch AllCare Medical Transport in 2010.
