After dedicating 23 years to teaching and counseling, Lisa made a profound career transition rooted in personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she recognized a critical gap in how transportation services treated elderly patients and their families—families shouldn't fear the companies entrusted with their loved ones' care. This realization aligned perfectly with Lisa's lifelong desire to work with senior citizens. Since founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 alongside her husband Tim, Lisa has brought her counseling background and deep empathy to every aspect of the business.
